so I've been reading for like 6 months now and every time I see the ten of swords I brace myself, its literally rock bottom the card right
but today I got it REVERSED for the first time and I have no idea what to do with that??
like does reversed make it better (rock bottom is over, recovery starting) or worse (refusing to accept rock bottom, dragging it out)?
any veterans have a simple way to think about this one reversed
omg I remember my first reversed ten of swords lol. for me it always reads as 'the worst is over, you're recovering' - way more hopeful than upright tbh
following this bc I got the same card last week and interpreted it as recovery too. felt like such a relief after seeing it upright so much
update: ended up going with the 'recovery' interpretation and it actually fit my situation perfectly. definitely feels like less of a gut punch than the upright version now that I've sat with it
