first time getting three of pentacles reversed - is it always bad? | Tarot & Oracle Cards

so I've been reading tarot for about 6 months now and finally pulled three of pentacles reversed for the first time today

I know the upright version is all about teamwork and collaboration and skilled work... but does that mean the reversed is automatically the opposite? like poor teamwork or being bad at something?

idk the card showed up when I was asking about a group project at work and now im a little worried lol. is reversed always negative or am I overthinking this

I think Sarah nailed it - I've been trying to do everything myself at work because I didn't trust my team to get it right. had a meeting yesterday and actually delegated some stuff and it felt... weirdly freeing?
