kept pulling the ten of pentacles for MONTHS during readings about my career and i was so confused bc everyone says its about family legacy and long term wealth?? i dont even have kids lol
then i realized it wasnt about literal family, it was about building something that outlasts just me. like the systems and habits i put in place now, the people i mentor, the reputation i build
once i stopped waiting for some big windfall and started thinking generationally about my work, everything clicked. its not a card about inheriting money, its about what you leave behind
anyone else have a card that took forever to click for personal reasons like that?

The Ten of Pentacles is often misread as literally about family or inheritance, but you're right - it's about legacy in the fullest sense. What you build, who you mentor, the foundation you lay - all of that IS your legacy, whether or not it looks like a traditional family tree.
