so I did a reading about a maybe-relationship thing (undefined situationship lol) and asked specifically for advice on how to move forward
got the two of cups reversed and I've just been sitting here confused
like upright it's mutual connection, partnership, that whole soulmate-y vibe. but reversed as ADVICE? is it telling me to slow down? that the connection isnt actually balanced? or just to look at my own half of things before expecting anything from him
my book just says "imbalance, miscommunication" which isnt super actionable lol. anyone pulled this in the advice spot before?

Two of cups reversed as advice isn't saying give up on the connection. It's asking you to check: is this a mutual exchange, or are you the only one pouring?
Before you look at what he's offering, look honestly at your own cup. Are you giving from a full place, or hoping he'll fill something up for you? The advice is to get your own footing first - the balance has to start somewhere, and it might need to start with you.
Trust your inner knowing on this one.
omg the "is this mutual or are you the only one pouring" line is gonna live in my head rent free. needed this for my own reading tbh
update: sat with this for a few days and yeah... I've been initiating literally everything. gonna pull back a bit and see if he actually reaches for me or not. feels scary but also kind of freeing to just observe instead of chase
