asked what I should do about a move to a new city and pulled the nine of cups reversed in the advice position
i know upright nine of cups is like... the wish card, contentment, getting what you want. but reversed as ADVICE feels like its telling me not to chase the easy comfort option?? or maybe its saying dont settle for something that looks good on paper but doesnt actually fulfill me
honestly still not sure which read is right lol. anyone dealt with this card reversed specifically in an advice spot
ooh I got this one reversed as advice for a job decision last year. ended up reading it as 'dont just take the thing that satisfies you on the surface, hold out for what actually feels right' - the choice that felt safe wasnt the one that made me happy long term

this makes so much sense with your situation honestly, moving somewhere just because its convenient vs somewhere that actually excites you are two very different things
thank you all this actually helped so much. i think i've been leaning toward the 'safe' option this whole time without admitting it. gonna sit with this a bit longer before deciding
