asked for advice on a decision I've been sitting on for weeks and pulled the moon reversed
like is it telling me to trust my gut more or LESS? I always thought moon reversed just meant confusion clearing up or illusions being revealed but as an ADVICE card that doesn't really tell me what to actually do
anyone know how you're supposed to apply this one when it shows up as advice instead of like, describing a situation or outcome?
Oh this is such a good question! When the Moon shows up reversed in an advice position, the cards whisper something a little different than in other spots.
Upright Moon as advice often says 'trust your intuition, even through the uncertainty.' Reversed tends to ask the opposite right now - release the fog of anxious speculation and lean on clear, grounded thinking instead of imagined worst cases.
Ask yourself: is what I'm afraid of actually real, or is it fog I've built up in my own head? Trust your inner knowing to tell the difference.
wait this actually makes so much sense. I always default to overthinking every possible bad outcome and calling it 'intuition' lol. maybe reversed moon as advice is basically 'stop spiraling and just look at the facts'
ok updating bc this actually helped - sat with it for a few days and realized I'd been letting worst case scenarios run the show instead of looking at what was actually true. made the decision and feel so much lighter now. thank you both!
