did a reading about whether to take a step back from a friend group that's been kind of draining me lately
asked for advice and pulled the hermit reversed. like... isnt the hermit already about withdrawing? what does it even mean reversed in that spot
my first instinct was "dont isolate yourself more" but then I read somewhere it can also mean youre isolating for the wrong reasons or avoiding a conversation you actually need to have
how do you all read hermit reversed when its literally answering "what should I do"
ooh I got this exact card in an advice position once. for me it meant stop hiding from the actual conversation instead of just quietly drifting away
following this, i feel like hermit reversed as advice always trips me up too
update: talked to one person in the group instead of just going quiet and it actually went so much better than i expected. definitely feels like that was the point
