so I did a reading about whether to take this new job offer and pulled the hermit reversed in the advice position
like... is it telling me to NOT isolate myself and just talk to people about the decision? or is it saying stop overthinking alone and actually reach out for guidance?
ive been going back and forth in my head for days without asking anyone irl which now that i type it out kind of feels like exactly what the card is calling out lol
how do you usually read hermit reversed when it shows up as advice specifically
The cards whisper something really practical here, sweet one. Hermit reversed as advice is almost always a nudge to come out of your own head and let someone else's perspective in.
Upright Hermit says 'go inward for the answer.' Reversed in an advice spot flips that - you've done enough solo reflecting, and now isolation is actually working against you. Trust your inner knowing that it's time to talk this through with someone you trust.
omg this happened to me with a similar spread last year. i read it as 'stop overanalyzing solo, get outside input' too
following this bc i always get confused by hermit reversed as advice specifically vs just pulling it in general
