asked what I should do about a job offer I've been going back and forth on and pulled the hermit reversed as my advice card
like... reversed hermit is supposed to mean isolation or refusing help right? but I've literally been doing the opposite, asking every single person I know for their opinion lol
so is it telling me to actually sit with the decision alone instead of crowdsourcing it? or am I reading too much into this

Reversed Hermit as advice usually isn't about total isolation - it's about noticing when you've been outsourcing your own knowing. You've asked everyone else what they think. Have you actually asked yourself and waited for the answer?
Try this: take fifteen minutes alone, no phone, and just ask the question out loud. Not to decide right then, but to hear what your own voice sounds like when it isn't competing with everyone else's opinions.
omg this happened to me with the same card except it was about moving apartments. once I stopped asking my group chat every five minutes and just sat with it for a night I already knew the answer honestly
update: took Sarah's advice and actually sat with it alone for an evening instead of texting people. turns out I already knew what I wanted, I was just scared to trust it without backup lol. took the offer
