asked what I should do about taking on this new freelance project on top of my regular job and pulled ten of wands reversed as the advice card
like... is it telling me to drop stuff? delegate? or just that im already overloaded and should say no to the new thing entirely
I keep going back and forth. anyone dealt with this one as advice before, what did you actually do
omg I feel this. I always read reversed 10 of wands as "put something down," not "push through harder"
In all my years of reading, the Ten of Wands reversed as advice is one of the clearest cards there is - it is telling you to release a burden, not carry a new one on top of it.
The upright card is about the weight of responsibility. Reversed, the old ways teach us it's time to set something down before you pick up anything else. Ask yourself which load you're already carrying that isn't truly yours to bear.
update: talked to my partner about it and realized I was already stretched thin with stuff that isn't even mine to fix at work. said no to the freelance thing for now and honestly feel so much lighter already
