ok so I was doing a reading about whether to invest in a course for my career. pulled three cards and the advice position gave me four of pentacles reversed
I looked it up and it says things like 'letting go of control', 'releasing attachment to money', 'generosity'
but... does that mean I SHOULD spend the money or I SHOULD be more careful with it?? I honestly can't tell if it's saying yes or no
maybe I'm reading too literally into it idk

Four of Pentacles reversed in advice position is telling you something specific: release your grip. If you're asking about spending money on growth, reversed Pentacles usually signal that HOARDING energy is what's blocking you - not the investment itself.
The question isn't 'is this safe?' It's 'am I holding back out of fear?' Trust your inner knowing on which one feels true right now.
reversed in advice position is always tricky!! I usually read it as 'the thing the card normally warns against is exactly what you need to do'
omg I got this exact card reversed once for a similar question and I ended up making the investment and it was the right call
I think when it shows up as advice it's basically saying your hesitation is the problem, not the decision itself
