asked what I should do about a friendship that's been feeling really one-sided lately and pulled death reversed in the advice position
i get that death is usually about endings and transformation but reversed as ADVICE is throwing me off. is it telling me to force an ending? or that i'm resisting one that needs to happen?
feels different than getting it in like, the present or outcome spot. anyone dealt with death reversed specifically as advice before
ooh advice position reversals are always the trickiest imo. following bc i need to know too
i think reversed as advice usually means "stop resisting this" rather than "do the opposite"
so for you maybe it's less "end the friendship" and more "stop pretending the imbalance isn't there." like the resistance itself is the problem the card is pointing at
ok that reframe actually helps a lot. i think i've been avoiding even naming the imbalance out loud, to them or even to myself
going to try having an actual conversation about it instead of just quietly resenting it lol
