ok so I just started seeing someone who is a leo sun and I have no idea what I got myself into lol
he is SO charming and warm and I absolutely love that energy. but also he needs SO much attention and validation all the time and I just... don't always have that to give??
and then I get all broody and intense and he wants to go out and be social and I want to stay home and have a deep conversation about life meaning lol
like we genuinely really like each other but I feel like we want different things sometimes. is this a lost cause or does anyone have a scorpio/leo situation that actually works?
Scorpio and Leo is one of those combinations that's either incredible or exhausting - sometimes both in the same week lol
Astrologically, you're both fixed signs which means you're both extremely loyal but also stubborn. You'll fight for the relationship once you're committed. That's the upside.
The core tension: Leo needs admiration and external validation, Scorpio needs depth and privacy. Neither need is wrong, they're just very different.
What usually works: Leo needs to feel seen and appreciated by you specifically (you don't have to be public about it), and Scorpio needs Leo to give them some private emotional space that's just for the two of you. Compromise looks like: you go to some of their social events, they come home with you for the deep conversations after.
scorpio here who dated a leo for two years and honestly it was the most intense relationship of my life lol. in the best and worst ways
the warmth they bring is unreal but yeah the attention thing is real. I had to learn to show appreciation in his love language even when it felt over the top to me

my scorpio person has helped me care about things that actually matter instead of just looking good on the outside. it's changed me a lot
omg thank you all for this. the fixed sign thing especially - I never thought about it that way but yeah we are BOTH extremely stubborn lol
going to try the compromise approach. show up for some of the social stuff, claim our private time after. maybe that's the balance
