but also... have you tried just asking this aquarius where they're at? like directly. aquarius people actually tend to respect that kind of directness way more than hinting or waiting for them to notice your vibes lol

cancers (myself included) can be really indirect about feelings and aquarius can be kinda oblivious to that. once you say the thing out loud it usually goes way better than expected

the detached thing is SO real but I eventually figured out that for him it wasn't coldness, it was just how he processes — like he needed space to think before he could feel. once I stopped reading his chill as rejection it got so much easier
