but honestly even without knowing, I had the chariot in my present position about 6 months ago when I was in the exact same spot - grinding away, no recognition, wondering if I should just leave. and yeah it felt like a push to actually DO something instead of just waiting for things to change

I ended up asking for a meeting with my manager and laying out exactly what I wanted. didn't get the promotion immediately but the conversation opened doors I didn't even know were there. so for me it really was about taking the reins instead of just hoping things would shift on their own

you're probably not seeing what you want to see. the chariot in present position is usually pretty literal about momentum and drive. just make sure you have a clear direction before you charge forward lol
