ok so I've been at my job for like 8 months now and my boss is a capricorn and honestly?? its the best working relationship I've ever had

we're both earth signs so maybe that's why but like... she gives me clear expectations, I deliver, she trusts me more, repeat. no drama, no weird passive aggressive stuff, just work getting done

the only thing is we're both perfectionists so sometimes we'll spend way too long on details that don't matter lol. like we once spent an hour debating font choices for an internal doc that maybe 5 people would read

any other virgos working with capricorns? is this just a good match or did I get lucky with a chill one

I had a capricorn manager for 3 years and it was so refreshing. no games, no micromanaging, just mutual respect. we both cared about doing things right so there was never that frustrating feeling of like... why doesn't anyone else care about quality??

honestly I think you did get lucky but also it helps that earth signs just GET each other on some level?? like we value the same things - reliability, competence, not wasting peoples time

I've had bad experiences with cap bosses but those were ones with tough moon placements. the sign alone isn't everything

lol glad it's not just me with the font debates. also good point about moon signs - I should ask her about that sometime (in a casual way, don't wanna be weird about it at work)
