ok so I'm a cancer sun and my partner is a pisces sun and I just need to gush for a second because we just hit 4 years together
everyone talks about how water signs are "too emotional" together but honestly that's our superpower?? like we just GET each other on this deep unspoken level
the way he knows I need space when I retreat into my shell without me having to explain. the way I can feel when he's having one of his dreamy existential spirals and just sit with him through it
we basically communicate through vibes half the time lol
any other cancer+pisces couples out there? what makes it work for you?

I'm the pisces in my relationship (he's a cancer) and sometimes we'll just look at each other and know exactly what the other is thinking. my friends think we're weird but it works for us lol
the "too emotional together" thing is such a misconception. like... we process emotions WELL together. there's a difference
been with my pisces husband for 7 years now. the key for us is that we both respect each other's need for alone time without taking it personally
this is giving me hope honestly. I'm a cancer who just started dating a pisces and I was worried about the whole "two water signs will drown each other" thing
how do you handle it when you're BOTH in your feelings at the same time though? that's my biggest fear
@ softshellcrab honestly when we're both in our feelings we just... let it happen? like we'll have a cozy sad day together watching movies and eating comfort food and it actually brings us closer
the trick is not trying to "fix" each other's moods. just being present
