married to my capricorn for a few years now (im the cancer) and I see so many posts about how this combo is supposedly one of the harder ones so I wanted to share the other side
honestly the differences are what make it work for us. im all feelings and intuition, he's all logic and long term planning, and somehow it balances out instead of clashing
he grounds me when im spiraling emotionally and i help him actually feel his feelings instead of just filing them away lol. we do fight sometimes about how we each handle stress but we always land somewhere better after
just wanted to put a positive example out there for anyone worried about this pairing
this is so nice to read honestly, my cancer mom and capricorn dad have been married for almost 30 years and its basically the same dynamic lol
im a capricorn dating a cancer rn and this gives me a lot of hope tbh, we're still figuring out the stress-response mismatch thing you mentioned
@sagebrush_kai honestly that part took us the longest to figure out too. we had to just directly tell each other what we needed instead of expecting the other to just know. once we did that things got so much easier
