my best friend since college is a sagittarius and im a cancer and everyone always acts shocked when they find out lol
like arent we supposed to be a mismatch? shes all spontaneous "lets book a flight tomorrow" energy and im very much a "let me overthink this for a week" homebody
but honestly it works?? she pulls me out of my shell when i need it and i give her a place to actually land and process stuff instead of just running from it every time things get heavy
is this a common thing with cancer + sag friendships or did we just get lucky
not lucky, i think this is actually a really underrated pairing. my sag roommate drags me to stuff i never would have gone to on my own and i talk her down when she spirals about something she overcommitted to lol
the "pulls me out of my shell / gives her a place to land" thing is such a good way to put it. i feel like cancer + sag works bc you're both kind of filling in what the other one is missing instead of clashing over it
update: sent her this thread lol, she said the flight thing is accurate and she still hasnt let me forget the time i said yes to a random road trip. still cant believe i went honestly, best trip ive ever taken
