ok I know this combo gets a bad rap so I wanted to share bc I feel like the internet is 90% doom about aries/scorpio pairings lol
I'm an Aries (sun + rising) and my partner is a Scorpio sun. we've been together 3 years and honestly?? it works SO well for us. wanted to share what I think makes it click in case anyone else is in this situation and feeling hopeless about it
first thing - the intensity is real but it's actually a feature not a bug. we both go all in on everything including the relationship. there's never a point where I'm wondering if he cares bc Scorpio shows up FULLY when they're committed. and he appreciates that I never play games - what you see is what you get with Aries which apparently Scorpio loves after dealing with people who are indirect
second thing - we had to learn each other's anger styles. I go zero to sixty fast but I cool down just as quick. he slow burns and holds onto stuff longer. once we actually talked about this (after like the third argument lol) it changed everything. now when I flare up he knows I'm not going anywhere, I'm just loud. and when he goes quiet I know to give him space and not push
third - we challenge each other in a really good way. Scorpio's depth has made me actually think about stuff instead of just reacting. and apparently I've helped him be more spontaneous and take risks he wouldn't have otherwise
anyone else in an aries/scorpio situation? what's worked for you?

scorpio here dating an aries and the 'slow burn vs loud and fast' dynamic is SO accurate. took us a while to figure that out too. once we did it genuinely felt like a breakthrough
